When & why?
Here we go again… Just another excuse to throw a massive party all over London! This 19thMay, everybody will mobilise to celebrate yet another Royal Wedding, how exciting!? We could not be happier for Prince Harry and his beautiful fiancé Meghan Markle and we believe that for him too, it is a great opportunity to party -maybe this time with fewer drinks as Her Majesty The Queen will be checking on him ….
So what’s happening in London? Day parties, street parties, private parties, public parties…. A little bit of everything and anything for a little bit of everyone. Sounds good right? We have researched a bit more and dug out our ‘go-to’ parties for the occasion and it seems as though the entire World will be celebrating with us! Whilst we've only selected a few - rest assured that the whole of London will be buzzing!
We have put up a list of different events happening in London, you’ll find a lot of rooftop parties and outdoor bar events – let’s just hope the weather hold on for the occasion!
Galvin at Windows– Park Lane
The restaurant located 28 stories high and over-looking Buckingham palace is offering a Royal Wedding 3 course meal lunch to celebrate the nuptials. Couldn't find a better place, it is almost as if you were invited ! Click here to read our review.

Drake & Morgan - different locations
The Sipping Room, The Refinery Bankside, The Folly, The Parlour.
A few of their bars and restaurants will be showing live television of the royal ceremony. Expect some lovely lunch, joyful atmostphere and their signature cocktail tailor-made for the occasion: the Meghan Sparkles cocktail! Click here to read our review on The Sipping Room. Here for The Refinery Bankside. Here for The Folly. Here for the Parlour.
Another rooftop bar will be celebrating the Royal union in a quieter area of East London. People are welcome to join the party from 12pm and enjoy (royal) lawn games accompanied by their signature cocktail The Markle Sparkle and The Ginger Binger. Food, games, picnic, drinks and a royal wedding: sounds pretty great to us! Click here to read our review.
ONE Marylebone - Marylebone
We return to this famous venue for a day festival and / or an evening reception for a big celebration. The Wedding will be shown live of course and you will be able to enjoy lots of lovely drinks and food. They will recreate the Royal wedding atmosphere: wedding dresses and hats are encouraged!
The celebratory event will be held in their beautiful outdoor terrace, as guests arrive they will be given a glass of Champagne– it only seems natural! There will be a BBQ, a big screen and lots of drinks. Once the ceremony is over, the DJ will be spinning some tunes to keep the heat up! Click here to read our review.
Rosewood London - Holborn
We just can’t think of a better and more appropriate venue than the famous Rosewood Hotel. It’s grand design, elite guests and fine menu will make you feel as though you have been invited to the Royal ceremony. Their beautiful terrace will be kitted out with very large screens and wedding-like decoration. Click here to read our review.

The Prince – Chelsea
Fairly new to West London, The Prince has recently been refurbished and made into a fancy food hall. Their beautiful typical English indoor garden is where everything will take place on the day. And it seems very appropriate to be watching such an event in their venue. It will be open from 11am to 1230pm serving food all day as well as Bloody Marys and other drinks. Click here to read our review.
Pomona’s – Notting Hill
Come and enjoy your day at Pomona’s and enjoy their set menu tailor-made for the occasion. Dine like Kings and Queens whilst watching the live broadcast of the event and enjoy a Royal cocktail for the occasion. Let’s just hope the sun will be out and shining. Click here to read our review.
Ealing Park Tavern - Ealing
What a perfect beer garden to come celebrate the nuptials! A bit of green and lots of colours to make sure everyone is on top form. All you need to do is book yourself a table and bring your best mood to the Ealing Park Tavern! Click here to read our review.
Greenwood - Victoria
Did we just hear Pimm’s bottomless brunch!? Yep. Couldn’t get any more British – sounds like a perfect plan to celebrate another and the last –for a while - Royal Wedding! Click here to read our review.
We cannot wait, and will definitely be attending one or two (or three, or four) of them!
We hope you enjoy the celebrations, drink lots of Pimm's and get merry in the name of the Royal Family!
