Bottomless charcuterie board was terrific! On the other hand, the service seemed to forget about us entirely.

We Say

The Setting

You might have heard about the trendy Boundary Rooftop terrace. Well Tratra is its restaurant a few floors down and it’s different but just as good!

The Atmosphere

Like its rooftop, Tratra restaurant has been thought by a grand designer leading to a very nice interior design that sticks perfectly to what it has to offer. It is Stéphane Reynaud’s first restaurant outside of Paris, he is a best-selling food-writer and it is highly reflected in his amazing french dishes! The brick walls, black and red chairs and tables covered with white table cloths are a reminder of the chef’s background. Bottles of wine everywhere, this place gives away what’s really behind the funky and retro looking bar! So chic, so french!

The Drinks

We are talking about a French wine bar here. Naturally the chef has carefully selected some of the best french red wines. If you love France and its culinary culture, you will love Tratra!

“EATING AND DRINKING IN FRANCE. BUT IN LONDON. THAT’S WHAT TRATRA IS ALL ABOUT, THE WINE BAR IS OPENED TO NON-DINERS. MAKE GOOD USE OF IT, YOU CAN ORDER SOME GREAT ‘APERO’ AS WELL!”

They Say

“Tratra must be a place where everybody feels good, a place where sharing is primary, a place where as long as the light is on you can drink and eat.” Stéphane Reynaud

The food wasn’t the standard I expected for the price and the look of the place (its beautiful inside). The charcuterie was delicious and was all you can eat which we did enjoy!
