The Setting

Located in the basement of the infamous Blue’s Kitchen in Shoreditch, Moonshine Minnies’ interior is something else: stained glass windows cover the ceiling and the walls are adorned with stunningly detailed venetian tiling. Graffiti art by a well known artist is featured heavily, and antique rope panelling hangs all around the room. These details shower the bar in a kaleidoscope of colour and create a truly remarkable setting.

 

The Atmosphere

Moonshine Minnies eclectic character creates an alternative vibe that is an experience in itself! The atmosphere is cool and relaxing, and the staff are great – friendly and welcoming. The music consists of a female only rhythm and blues soundtrack that will charm you immediately and put you in a great mood for the start of your night.

The Drinks

Moonshine Minnies has two distinct drinks menus: the first  is predominantly whisky based – they’ve taken all the classics and added a twist, making them a unique experience. We loved these cocktails – they looked and tasted impeccable, but if whisky’s not your thing then you might not be the biggest fan, although their house menu does offer a little bit of everything else!
